Bluebell Woods // 24 04 2022
No idea why I forgot to post these yesterday but I did! I went out to shoot the bluebells in the nearby woods, but sadly when I got there the sun went behind some clouds and didn’t really come back out : (
Bamburgh Castle // 23 04 2022
Today, we drove home! In anticipation of this, I got up at 5am and went down to Bamburgh beach for the sunrise.
Unlike yesterday when I was the only person at Dunstanburgh beach at sunrise, there were a couple of other photographers and dog walkers out.
That’s it now. All back at home and back to work on Monday.

Yesterday we went to Druridge Bay Country Park to kayak/paddle board. Before that we had a quick walk on the beach : )

Forgot to post yesterday! We had planned to go on a boat trip, but we woke up to a thick mist.
We decided to go any way, and hope for the best. The mist didn’t clear at all, but we saw loads of birds and seals.
Bamburgh Castle and the Holy Isle
A very warm and sunny day (for April!) made for a nice walk around the Holy Isle this morning, and then a return to Bamburgh Beach for the sunset.

Today my dad asked me if I wante to go on a little walk with him and my mum. I love a good tag along trip, so of course I said yes.
However, my mums definition of “a little walk” is a bit different to that of mine and my dads; we ended up walking 17k steps.
Then we went to the pub, and instead of ordering us a hot dog each, she ordered one hot dog! So we had to cut it up and share it… oops!

Today has been lovely – we went for a walk around the farmers fields near my house, and I spent the morning in the garden.
Yesterday I had an early night, and so it was just a quick shot of one of the leaves on my Rex Begonia.
