Another super busy day today; work, staff meeting, tea, shoot today’s shot whilst waiting for tea to settle, exercise (1 hour), weight lifting (1 hour), edit said photo and upload.
Ready for bed!
I must also point out that the joints in my legs have been fine since doing all this exercise, I assume it is because my underdeveloped muscles in my thighs and bum have gained strength. Now just to make my arms catch up a bit (My shoulders are seriously weak!)
