I really do enjoy baking. I make the massivest mess ever (and I hate cleaning up! Urgh) but I enjoy the process of mixing all the ingredients together and popping them in the oven.
I’m not very good at decorating though. This might be partiually due to the fact I have a tremor and doing things such as squeezing the icing out of a tube makes it worse, but the more I do it the more I find a way to work around it : )

These are chocolate and raspberry cupcakes. You mix up the chocolate cupcake ingredients, spoon it into cases then add in some frozen raspberries!
They explode when they cook so there are little gooey caves when you bite into them.
mmmmmm.
