I’ve never been to Bamford Edge before, but it overlooks Ladybower and I’ve been around that area a few times before.

There is a small patch for cars near the top of the road, cross over a turnstyle and start the walk!

It’s not a far walk, but the first stretch of it is quite steep. Once you are up on the top though, it’s flat and the path is clear.

We got there just in time for sunset, and by the time we had walked back to the car it was just about dark.
