This afternoon (a very late afternoon until just before sunset) me and some photo friends went out to photograph some wild deer. Yesterday was a bit of a test run for this event; with the ultimate aim being to return during rutting season.
The walk wasn’t as bad as I feared, although lugging a 150-500mm zoom lens, camera with battery park and tripod around with me wasn’t the easiest of adventures but I am glad that I went – and most importantly I am looking forward to going back 😀
I decided to go for something a bit different with the edits as it was pretty overcast, or bland (the deer are pretty much the same colour as the landscape). Actually in quite a few of the shots the deer just look very grumpy indeed, and I also seem to have managed to capture an ‘action’ pooing shot; so that is just lovely!
Taking a look round, coming view strata of the self. Lovely stuff here.
