mmmmm, made by me ^_^
Been fancying chicken wings for a while – when we went food shopping on Wednesday I forgot to pick some up so kB had to go out and get some. There were a looooot of chicken wings, but I cooked them all thinking that we could have them for dinner tomorrow…
I really like salt and pepper chicken wings, so I decided to have a go at making some. I mixed sea salt with Chinese five spice and chilli flakes and rubbed it onto the skin (after I’d put a thin layer of sunflower oil on each wing with a brush). Then I sprinked white pepper over the top. I put the whole thing in the oven at 180 degrees C for about 30 mins, turning them over once, then turned them back over and cranked it up to 200 for the last 5-10 mins. I love turning things over when cooking, hahaha.
They were delicious and we ate them all :-B
